Information we receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in and the project details you choose to provide. Standard hosting and security systems may also process limited technical information such as IP address, browser information and access times.
How information is used
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare or provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, improve our website and protect our services from misuse. We do not sell personal information.
Contact form
The current website form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not store the submitted form data in a database. If a hosted form handler is added later, this policy should be updated to describe that processing.
Sharing and retention
Information may be handled by service providers supporting email, hosting and business operations where reasonably necessary. We retain it only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, business records or applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information held about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping needs.
